Shannon and Ignatius

Shannon had very specific ideas for her engagement shoot with Ignatius.  She had her heart set on Irene Farm at sunset – it was the first time Sean and I had shot there and we had quite an adventure, involving multiple conversations with numerous security guards, a few loops in the car, a couple of kilometers of walking (with heavy equipment), plus a few phone calls, to find the right spot.  It was worth it.  And actually… Continue reading

The Colourful Crazies

The Crazies, aka, the Staessens, are back for another fabulously fun family outing.  We love the way these grandparents love their grandchildren.  By Sean and Leanne Williams.

Tilly-Mari’s First Shoot

Very shortly after their maternity shoot with big brother Derick, little Tilly-Mari made an appearance.  This is the first of what I hope will be many many more lifestyle portrait sessions with this lovely lady.  She’s just as gorgeous as her mom, and just as easy to work with.  Photography by Leanne Williams.

After all of these shoots, Martin has finally been promoted… Continue reading

The (New and Improved) Calitz Family

Yolandé ‘s Maternity Photos

Beautiful Yolandé and her hubby, Gareth, treated themselves to a very romantic pregnancy shoot.  The plan was to do half of the photos in our studio, and the other half at a nearby park on the same day, but rain forced us to reschedule the lifestyle shoot for a few weeks later.  The rock dassies and rabbits watched our every move while we frolicked around the park in search of pretty light – a fitting symbol of fertility,… Continue reading
