The Marriage Meander Journeys are such a clever idea. They’re for brides who want to milk every ounce of fun out of their wedding-planning-experience while meeting trusted wedding suppliers, exploring amazing wedding venues and taste-testing the food. Last Sunday, 16 such brides and their friends, retinues, families and/or fiances met at the exquisite Memoire, where they were served a delicious breakfast, treated to a sporadic dance lesson, treated to a candy buffet, and shown around the venue amoung many more educational activities. The coach then took them to Casalinga, for more amazing food, presentations and tours. The Chocolate-Tier was there too, and had us all so engrossed in a chocolate tasting with really interesting facts and histories about the famous treat. I was listening (and tasting) so intently that I completely forgot to take pics of the chocolate! The last venue of the day was EnGedi, where the guests were greeted with, you guessed it, more food, more beautiful displays, another candy-buffet, and a demonstration by the eccentric Brett, Hair Genius. It was really nice for me to tag along on the whole Journey to document because I got to spend more time with the brides and meet a few more fellow suppliers. All the yummy food on such a cold day was a bonus. Hope that all the brides had fun and got lots of information!
