After a terrible accident, Rene and her Marley found Paws For People to help with Renè’s balance, pain, anxiety, and day-to-day challenges. Here’s their full story.
Sean and I were involved with P4P for just under 2 years after we got our Siberian Huskies, Keidis and Luna. So I was thrilled when Paws For People asked me to do some candids of Rene and Marley in action. They were both amazing! We started at Lesley’s indoor training center and then Westgate kindly allowed us into the shops with Marley and my camera. After the intense morning training, Marley waited patiently through our meeting with the Westgate team. She was then inundated with shoppers saying hello, all the while closely watching over her mom. Rene’s twin sister, Ronel, was also incredible, always in the background ready to help! By Leanne Williams.
