Very early on the morning following The Geet, we met up with Bhavna for her hair and make-up. She said that her eyes felt like sandpaper, that they had danced so late the night before that she’d only managed to get an hour of sleep. And she still looked exquisite! Their massive Hindu Wedding Ceremony was held at Alberton Hall to fit in the huge guest list. Bhavna insisted on having a black background for her family photos, so we had a backdrop and stand made especially to accommodate the massive Indian families. And they still spilled off the edges! Bhavna held up beautifully in her 16km heavy dress, and smiled through her fatigue the whole day. This gorgeous couple gave us so many romantic and spontaneous moments to capture! With over 1500 usable images to edit from the wedding day alone, (that’s 3 times what we usually give to a couple) this edit has taken us exactly a year. Happy Anniversary Bhavna and Rosheel! I hope that the lifetime of memories was worth the long wait!
