For Norman’s 8th….sorry, 80th birthday, his children hosted a fun family event at Emoyeni in Johannesburg. The celebrations started with a quick family-portrait-session before the guests arrived. Lots of hugs and kisses and even a few tears followed as the family had obviously not been reunited for some time. Nicole and Steven hosted their enchanted engagement cocktail party in the garden of their family home. Glamour and class were fashioned by the pure white seating, glitzy chandeliers, fairy lights everywhere, gorgeous pink flowers, and beautiful dessert table. The Murgatroyd Family’s lifestyle portrait shoot happened on one of those winter days which is freezing in the shade and hot in the sun. I was fortunate enough to be tracked down by director/producer Michael Michael of MYM Media, to film documentary style behind the scenes footage of Tshwane Gospel Choir‘s music video. Some of my clips even ended up in the official videos! I was also responsible for capturing stills for social media.
