Some of the team from SA Weddings made the trip from Cape Town to Jozi for the Bridal Expo. They arranged a styled shoot with some of their Johannesburg suppliers while they were in town, and we were amoung the lucky few to be asked to get involved. Sean and I spent the day sampling The Blade’s food (nomnomnomnom), getting to know some other awesome wedding suppliers, and of course, playing… Continue reading
Some of the team from SA Weddings made the trip from Cape Town to Jozi for the Bridal Expo. They arranged a styled shoot with some of their Johannesburg suppliers while they were in town, and we were amoung the lucky few to be asked to get involved. The theme was both playful and romantic – Champagne and Lace – perfect for a stop-motion film! Tarryn’s playfulness and Darren’s sly sense of humour made a great combination for our cameras, who could not have been happier clicking for these two lovebirds… Thanks to Zulu Nyala for providing the perfect setting.

Rustic and vintage, from the antique table decor in the wooden barn reception, to the hay bails, heart mobiles, cute quotes scribbled on blackboards (and the windows!) and a roaring bonfire to fight the cold. Leanne and I had a visual feast of colours, patterns, and ambient light.
